Julie Kelly

Owner/Advisor CeMAP

Julie is the owner of the company and has 30 years’ experience in mortgages and protection. She has worked for brokers, banks and building societies over the years until taking over HK Mortgages Ltd in 2008 when she moved back to Scotland from London, the company has been running since 2001 and was started by her family. She prides herself on giving the best customer service she can to ensure that the process is as smooth and painless as possible. Outside of work, she has a partner, two children and her dog Charlie and loves nothing better than taking him for a walk in the beautiful surroundings of Stirling.

Geradine Watson

Advisor Bacc (Hons) DipPFS, CEMAP, CeRER, DipPFSCEMAP/CeRER

Geradine has over 16 years’ experience advising in the financial, mortgage and Insurance industry and as such has built up a wealth of knowledge with particular focus on the mortgage and protection field. She prides herself in leaving no stone unturned when providing advice, meaning you can have the peace of mind of knowing you have the right mortgage or protection plan in place. Geradine is always keen to put her clients at ease. She believes in going that extra mile to ensure the complexities of the mortgage and protection journeys are as stress free as possible and will be with you every step of the way to achieve your goals. Outside of work Geradine is kept busy walking her dogs, is a keen runner / Insanity Fitness enthusiast and to relax she watches her football team Man Utd unfortunately lose frequently.

Arlene Patel

Administrator

Arlene graduated in 2008 with a BA Law, she went on to gain valuable experience working as a conveyancing paralegal. Subsequently completing Specialist Conveyancing Paralegal qualification, before returning to university to study MSc in Marketing. Arlene joined HK Mortgages in 2016 where she has built up a knowledge of the mortgage process. She helps the brokers to process applications and is in contact with clients, lenders, and solicitors until the transaction completes. Outside of work Arlene enjoys spending time with her husband, son and yorkiepoo. She is a keen baker, who often supplies the office with homemade cakes!

We will provide you with a free initial consultation and we will always explain exactly what you will be charged before you choose to proceed with an application. The majority of our clients do not pay a fee.
